In late August we set out on our next adventure. We decided to leave our home in Georgia of 37 years and move to Kentucky. Our realtor, Maggie Wells in Ky sent us Michael. What a Blessing! After speaking with him the first time I knew he was the one. He answered all questions and was always available. After getting our home ready for market it was time for pictures. Michael’s photographer was awesome down to every detail. His description of our home was written to the point I wanted to buy it myself?? On October 4th we were finally ready for our first showing. There were 11+ showings the first day with several offers and by October 6th we accepted an offer $30,000 over asking price. In exactly 30 days we went from market to closing table. We left for Kentucky to close on our new home the very next day. Michael entered our lives as our realtor and became a friend.
